A price list replaces the catalog price for the customers and drops you choose. Use one when a customer group or a season needs its own prices.
What a price list is
The catalog price is the price on the product. A price list stores a different price for the same product.
TRAEDE uses the price list price when the list matches the customer and the drop. If the list has no price in the customer’s currency, TRAEDE uses the catalog price for that currency.
Price types
The price table uses these labels. The Excel file uses different headers for the same prices.

B2C Offer is available only when Add B2C offer prices is turned on for the list.
B2C customers
A B2C customer is priced from RRP and B2C Offer. TRAEDE removes VAT from those prices. WHS and Offer are the B2B prices.
If RRP and B2C Offer are both empty for a currency, TRAEDE does not use that currency for the B2C customer.
Customer discounts
A customer discount is calculated on the wholesale price. The discount and an offer price do not stack. TRAEDE uses the larger discount.
Example: the wholesale price is 100, and the customer has a 10% discount.
- The offer price is 95. The customer discount saves 10. The offer saves 5. TRAEDE uses 90.
- The offer price is 80. The offer saves 20. TRAEDE uses 80.
A discount set for a subbrand or a category replaces the customer’s general discount on those products.
What price lists cannot do
- A price list has no on/off switch.
- A price list has no start date or end date.
- A price list cannot be limited to a country or an agent.
- A price list cannot change with the quantity.
- A price list cannot be copied.
- A price list cannot be assigned to one customer. Assign it to a customer group.
