Introduction

This guide explains how to create a new price list in TRAEDE. Price lists allow you to manage custom pricing for different customer segments, collections, or seasons. In this article, we will go through the basic setup. A separate guide covers how to manage and add prices to the price list.

How to create a price list

Step 1: Go to price lists

From the TRAEDE home screen, navigate to:

Customers → Price lists

Step 2: Create a new price list

Click New price list in the top right corner.

Step 3: Name your price list

Give your price list a descriptive name. For example:

New prices AV22 season

This helps you and your team identify the purpose of the price list (e.g., new prices for an upcoming season).

Step 4: Select the drop

Choose the drop the price list should be connected to. - This is not mandatory.

Step 5: Set the priority

In the Priority field, enter 1.

💡 This field is used when you want to combine multiple price lists. If you're not using this advanced functionality, simply write 1.

Step 6: Leave customer groups empty (optional)

If the price list should apply to all customers, leave the Customer groups field empty. Otherwise simply add a customer group. 

Step 7: Save the price list

Click Save price list to complete the setup.

Your price list is now created!
