The Columns button on a product's Variants card controls which columns and row actions appear in the variants table. Your choice is saved in your web browser and applies to every product you open.
Showing or hiding columns
The list has two headings. Columns controls the data columns. Actions controls the buttons at the end of each row.
Good to know: Your choice is saved only in the browser you're using. It doesn't follow you to another browser or computer, and clearing your browser data resets it. You can't reorder the columns or reset them to the default with a single click.
What's shown by default
Always visible
These columns can't be switched off:
- The tick-box for selecting variants. This is also where you open the bulk-actions menu.
- The variant picture.
- B2B and B2C availability.
- Dropshipping availability
- One column per attribute, such as Color and Size.
On by default
- SKU
- EAN
- Warehouse location
- Release date
- Available
- Custom sort order
- Every visible custom field set up for variants
Columns you can add
Tick any of these to add them to the table:
- Secondary warehouse location

You can edit most cells directly in the table. ABC class, Volume and Available are read-only. When you scroll sideways, the first columns stay in place and the actions column stays pinned on the right.
Row actions
The Actions heading adds buttons to the end of each row. Only Delete is ticked by default.

- Edit colli EAN
- Edit bundle
- Delete
Why a column is missing or looks different
| What you see | Why |
|---|---|
| A custom field isn't in the list | Only variant custom fields marked as visible are offered. They appear under the field's own label. |
| The columns are called Pick locations and Fill locations | On products with sub-levels, Warehouse location is shown as Pick locations and Secondary warehouse location as Fill locations. These can't be edited in the table. |
| A value is marked (product) or (p) | The variant has no value of its own, so the product's value is shown. This applies to weight, dimensions, make-to-order and NOOS. |
| Available shows a dash | Available shows the quantity at your company's default inventory location. If no default location is set, it shows a dash. |
| There are no price columns | Prices aren't shown in the variants table. You find them on the product's Prices tab. |
| Column names are in English | Only the Columns button is translated. Column names stay in English in every language. |
