How to create a price list

  • Updated

Create a price list when a customer group or a drop needs prices that differ from the catalog.

Create a price list

  1. Go to Customers → Price lists.
  2. Click New price list.
  3. Fill in the fields below.
  4. Click Save price list.
Field Description Required
Name A name your team can recognize, such as AW26 pre-order. Yes
Priority A number. A lower number wins when two lists match equally. The field starts empty. Yes
Drops The drops this list applies to. You can select more than one. See below
Customer groups The customer groups this list applies to. You can select more than one. See below
Add B2C offer prices Adds a B2C Offer column in the price table and in both Excel files. No

Priority must be a number. TRAEDE cannot save a new list while Priority is empty. For a single list, enter 1.

The same fields are on the price list page after you save. Click Save price list there to change them.

A list needs a drop or a customer group

A list with no drop and no customer group is never used.

  • Leave Customer groups empty only when you also select a drop. The list then applies to every customer on that drop.
  • Select customer groups and leave Drops empty when the list should apply on every drop.
  • Select both when the list should apply only to those groups on those drops.

You cannot assign a price list to one customer. Put the customer in a customer group, and assign that group.

Delete a price list

  1. Go to Customers → Price lists.
  2. Click the trash icon on the row.
  3. Click Delete.

The price list is removed. This cannot be undone.
