Share a linesheet as a PDF, as an Excel file, or as a link in your webshop. Export from the icons in the linesheet list under Sales → Linesheets.
Exporting as PDF
- Go to Sales → Linesheets.
- Click the PDF icon on the linesheet.
- If the linesheet has versions for customers, price lists or currencies, pick one in the Export linesheet pop-up.
The PDF opens in a new window. If nothing happens, your browser's pop-up blocker has stopped it. Allow pop-ups for TRAEDE and try again.
- Show inventory on: the PDF is rebuilt each time you open it, so stock levels are current.
- Show inventory off: a stored copy is used. It's rebuilt each time you save the linesheet.
Exporting as Excel
- Go to Sales → Linesheets.
- Click the Excel icon (Export to Excel) on the linesheet.
The file downloads to your computer. You get one file per currency. If the export is large, it's emailed to you instead with the subject Your linesheet export is ready!
The Excel file is a plain product list. It doesn't use the linesheet's layout, fonts or sections.
For an Order sheet, your customer can fill in quantities and send the file back. See Creating an order from a linesheet.
Linking to a linesheet from your webshop
Go to Webshop settings → Navigation, add a navigation link and set the link type to Campaign PDF. The link opens the linesheet's PDF.
If the linesheet is deactivated, the link shows Linesheet is deactivated.
