Where price lists are used

  • Updated

A price list is used wherever TRAEDE prices a product for a customer. The same matching rules apply: customer groups, drops, and priority.

Orders and the B2B webshop

Price lists apply on orders, including orders placed by agents. They also apply in the B2B webshop.

On an order, TRAEDE can combine every list in the best customer-group match. In the B2B webshop, TRAEDE uses only the one list with the best priority in that match.

Linesheets

On a linesheet document, set Price list to price that version from one list. You can also pick a currency that exists on a price list. Those currencies appear under Price lists in the currency selector, labeled with the list name.

Go to Sales → Linesheets.

Product Excel export

  1. Go to Products → Product list.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Tick Use price list.
  4. Select the Price list.

Shopify

On the Shopify shop, turn on Use price list prices. TRAEDE then uses the price list that matches the shop’s customer and the B2C drop.

Leave Use price list prices off and Shopify keeps the catalog prices.

Other connections

These connections also read price lists:

  • EDI, including the product catalog. A catalog with no drop ignores the drops on the list.
  • The B24 connector, for a pre-order delivery window that uses a drop.
  • Showrooms, for the showroom’s drop and the session’s customer.
  • Order channels, for the channel’s customer.

Delogue can write wholesale and RRP prices into a price list when a Delogue sync rule points at that list.

Who can open price lists

Go to Customers → Price lists to view lists. A separate permission is required to create, edit, delete, and import prices.

The default Agent role has neither permission. Agents still get price list prices on the orders they place.

Brands on the Duett Lager plan do not see Price lists in the menu.
