A price list applies through Drops, Customer groups, or both. You set this on the price list.
- Go to Customers → Price lists.
- Open the price list.
- Select one or more drops, one or more customer groups, or both.
- Click Save price list.
Which setup to use

A list with no drop and no customer group is never used.
You cannot assign a price list to one customer. Put the customer in a customer group, and assign that group.
When the order or session has no drop
If the order has no drop, TRAEDE ignores the drops on the list. The same happens in a webshop session that has no drops, and on an EDI product catalog.
A list that has drops and no customer groups can then match every customer. Give that list customer groups when it should stay limited.
If the webshop session has several drops, the list matches when it shares any of those drops.
