The Products table in Drop Control shows, for each product, color and SKU, what has been sold on the drop, what you have in stock, and what is being produced. Product and color rows add up the SKUs below them.
The numbers cover the locations selected in the Supply source picker. By default, that is every location customers can buy from on the drop.
The columns

| In order | Pieces on approved sales orders on this drop. Shipped and invoiced pieces are included, but drafts are not. |
| In stock | Physical stock at the selected locations. |
| Available | Stock that is not allocated to any order and can be sold B2B. This is before the drop's inventory availability is applied. |
| Sellable | What can still be sold on this drop under its inventory availability, including incoming sell-ahead pieces. Green means pieces are left, red means none are left, and ∞ means unlimited. |
| From stock | Stock allocated to this drop's sales orders. |
| In production | Total pieces on open production orders attached to the drop, including drafts. Hover to see how many are allocated to this drop's orders. |
| Need | Pieces on unfulfilled orders that are not covered by stock or production orders. A highlighted number means you need to produce or buy more. |
| Surplus | Incoming pieces on production orders that no order has claimed yet. Draft production orders do not count here. |
| PO | The production orders for the row, each with its quantity. A sell-ahead badge shows when the production order sells ahead into this drop (B2B, B2C or both). Click the number to open the production order. |

Example
A drop uses Stock + Sell ahead PO, and allocation is enabled. For the SKU Black / M the table shows:

This reads as:
- Customers have ordered 40 pieces.
- All 10 pieces in stock are allocated to those orders, so nothing is Available.
- A production order brings 20 more. All of them are claimed by orders, so there is no Surplus.
- 40 ordered minus 10 from stock minus 20 from production leaves a Need of 10.
- Sellable is 0 (red), so the SKU is sold out on this drop. To keep selling, add 10 or more to a production order that sells ahead.
Dashes, icons and ∞
- ∞ in Sellable: the row is unlimited, either through the Unlimited mode or an "Unlimited until PO" mode that has not switched yet.
- Warning icon in Sellable: you changed the inventory availability but haven't saved. The number updates when you click Save now.
- Dash in From stock: allocation is off for this drop. If pieces are still allocated, for example from before it was turned off, a warning icon is shown next to the number.
- Need by supply source: when more than one supply source is selected, hover over or click the Need number to see the split per location.
- Warning icon in MOQ: some SKUs have no MOQ for the product's primary supplier.
