Introduction
This guide explains how to cancel and re-open orders.
An order can be cancelled when none of the products on the order shouldn't be sent. If there are products in backorder on the order, the order needs to be archived - click here to find the guide on how to archive an order.
Steps to Cancel an Order

Accessing the Order Management Section:
- Navigate to "Sales".
- Select the order you wish to cancel.

Cancelling the Order:
- Click on the "Cancel Order" button on the right side of the page.
- Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window that appears.
- The order status will change to "Cancelled," and notifications may be sent to relevant team members.
Steps to Re-open a Cancelled Order

Accessing Cancelled Orders:
- Go to the "Sales" and apply the filter to view cancelled orders.
- Select the order you wish to re-open.

Re-opening the Order:
- Click on the "Re-open Order" button on the right side of the page.
- Confirm the re-opening in the pop-up window.
- The order status will revert to its previous state, and the order can now be processed as usual.
