A product is left out of a linesheet when none of its variants pass the checks below. Go through them in order. The first one that matches is usually the cause.
Checklist
| Check | Why it removes the product | How to fix it |

| Is the variant archived? | Archived variants are never included. | Unarchive the variant on the product. |
| Is the product inactive? | With Auto products, inactive products are left out. A Fixed list includes them anyway. | Activate the product, or switch to Fixed and add it. |
| Is it on the selected drops? | Only variants shown on the linesheet's Drops are included. | Add the variant to the drop, or add the drop to the linesheet. |
| Is it out of stock? | With Hide out of stock on, variants with no available stock at your default inventory location are removed. | Turn off Hide out of stock, or check stock at the default location. |
| Is it hidden? | Hidden products are left out. A product counts as hidden if most of its variants are hidden. | Check Hidden products in the settings, or unhide it under Sort manually. |
If every variant of a product is removed by these checks, the product is dropped from the linesheet entirely.
Tip: After fixing the cause, click Save on the linesheet. The PDF is rebuilt when you save.
