💰 Tiered discounts: reward bigger orders automatically
You can now give customers a better price per piece the more they order, for example 5% off at 5+ pieces and 10% off at 10+. Set up your discount steps in Settings › Tiered discount policies, then switch tiered discounts on for a product under Sales prices › Tiered discounts.
- Discounts apply automatically on orders and in the B2B Webshop as soon as the quantity qualifies.
- While adding products, you see live how many more pieces are needed for the next tier, for example “2 more pcs for 10%”.
- Split tiers on any product attribute, override the steps on a single product, or turn tiered discounts off for one product or a whole policy at once.

📊 Order margins: know your margin before you give a discount
Orders now show margins, so you can see exactly what a discount does to your earnings before you give it. This is especially useful if you work with thin margins. You find margins in three places:
- In the order summary, for the whole order.
- Per product line, via Quick toggle or as a default extra column in Show order’s settings.
- While you edit line prices.
Margins are based on booked landed cost, or future landed cost when there is no inventory yet. Only users with permission to see cost prices can see margins.
📱 Lists that work on your phone
The order, product and invoice lists, along with our other lists, now work properly on mobile. Tap a row to see the columns that are hidden on a small screen. Filters have also been reworked for mobile, so finding what you need on the go is much easier.
🏬 Ongoing: multiple inventory locations and smoother returns
If you use more than one location in Ongoing, you can now map them all and keep them separate in TRAEDE. Returns through Ongoing are also smoother:
- Track and trace is now included on the RMAs TRAEDE sends to Ongoing.
- When a return is received in Ongoing, the credit note puts the goods back in the matching TRAEDE location, regardless of your TRAEDE settings. If the Ongoing location is not mapped in TRAEDE, the goods are not put back into inventory.
✉️ Clearer email errors: see why an email was not delivered
When an email cannot be delivered, TRAEDE now tells you why and what to do next:
- Bounced: an earlier email to this address could not be delivered, often because of a typo or a closed mailbox. Fix the address and send again.
- Marked as spam: the recipient reported one of our emails as spam. Use a different address or contact your customer.
- Unsubscribed: the recipient has unsubscribed from our emails. Use a different address or contact your customer.
- Blocked by email provider: the address was blocked for another reason. Fix the address, or contact support if you believe it is correct.
🔌 Connector status at a glance on your orders
B2B orders now have a card that shows the status of your connectors, so you can check how an order is doing without leaving it. If something needs another go, you can resend it right from the card.
📲 Batch support in the warehouse scanner
The warehouse scanner now fully supports batch. Use it when you receive purchases, send orders and manage your warehouse, for example when you adjust inventory.
📍 Location rules at product level
You can now set inventory location rules per product, using subbrands and product groups. This gives you finer control over which location stock is allocated from for different products.
📑 Linesheets and Ordersheets: group products by drop delivery
If you use Drops with deliveries, your linesheets and ordersheets can now reflect that split. Choose “Drop delivery” in the “Sections by” dropdown, and products are grouped by drop delivery.
✂️ Bulk split editor: split many lines at once
Need to split several order lines? The new Bulk split editor lets you do them all in one go instead of one at a time.
🚫 Cancel variants: easier to find and use
A few improvements to cancel variants:
- The cancel variants page is now always available from the products list under Actions.
- Add variants manually on the page by SKU or EAN.
- Pick up where you left off: a dropdown lists your previous cancel variant sessions.
🚚 Webshipper: add the documents your shipments need
Two new options for shipments booked through Webshipper:
- Attach return documents to the freight when you book a return, for example for returns from Norway that need extra paperwork.
- Upload fixed delivery note documents to a shipment, for example a drop ball certification when shipping glasses to the US.
📦 Magasin and NemEDI: send assortments as single-item EANs
Selling packs? Magasin and NemEDI can now receive your assortment lines split into the sizes they contain. Until now, these receivers could not match pack EANs, so shipment and invoice files with packs were rejected or matched to the wrong stock.
- Turn it on by ticking “Expand assortments to single-item EANs” under App Store › EDI › Magasin / NemEDI and saving.
- Your shipment (DESADV), invoice and credit note (INVOIC) files then get one line per size, with quantities multiplied. For example, 2× a pack with 2× S and 3× M becomes 4× S and 6× M.
- Prices are split per piece, so document totals stay exactly the same.
The setting is off by default, so nothing changes until you turn it on. Brands on the newer Magasin and NemEDI connectors are not covered yet, but support is planned.
