New and improved
📦 ShipBob: New WMS integration
TRAEDE now integrates with ShipBob, syncing products, shipments, and inventory (including tracking numbers back from ShipBob). Inventory only syncs for Traede locations you explicitly map to a ShipBob fulfillment center, so stock never lands in the wrong place. Bundles are supported out of the box, and ShipBob can be selected as a shipping method type with full B2B shipping term support. Return handling and full production order support are not yet available. Install via App Store › ShipBob.
🔄 Faire: Inventory sync now live
TRAEDE now syncs inventory to Faire. To enable it, open the Faire app and click “Connect Faire” to re-connect your account so it uses the newest Faire API.
📦 Sell ahead metadata now syncs to Shopify
Sell ahead data now flows into Shopify product and variant metafields, including next PO delivery date, quantity, and richer PO data for templating. A has_pre_order_variants product tag is added automatically and removed once the PO is booked. PO fields only sync for the default location of a shop (Shopify limitation). Use these metafields to show preorder details directly in your storefront.
🛒 Shopify: Turn off automatic active/inactive control
TRAEDE automatically controls whether products are active or inactive in Shopify. This behaviour can now be switched off if you would rather manage that flag yourself in Shopify.
📥 Imports: New fields, faster repeats, and background processing
The Invoice Importer “Multiple import” mode now supports Notes and Custom Fields, remembers your column mapping for faster re-imports, and drops you on the right destination tab (Open or Booked) after a successful import.
Return imports over 500 rows now run as a background job with a dashboard notification when finished. Smaller imports still run inline.
📊 Replenishment settings: Export and import
By popular demand, you can now export and import product replenishment settings. This runs as a separate export and import from the products importer, since the format does not fit inside the regular products flow. A help center article walks through the setup.
🌐 Fast product export: Translations now toggleable per field
Translations in Fast product export (product export v2) now work as a single toggle. Activate “Export translations” at the top to include translatable values, then use the globe icon next to each field to choose which ones to include. You can also use the Locales selector at the top to limit the export to specific locales, or leave it empty to export all locales. Makes it possible to include translated Custom Fields without ending up with hundreds of columns.
🏬 Ongoing: Configurable On Hold status codes
Brands using Ongoing WMS can now tell TRAEDE which warehouse status codes mean “on hold” (for example 400, 448, or 426 depending on the warehouse). When a shipment hits one of those codes, TRAEDE marks it as On Hold and shows the picked items without invoicing yet, until you release it from TRAEDE. Configure under App Store › Ongoing › Settings › Fulfilment › “On Hold shipment status codes.”
🏬 Ongoing: B2C returns fall back to B2B when shipment is missing
When a B2C return fails because the original shipment can’t be found in Ongoing, it’s now automatically sent as a B2B return (return PO) instead, with the RMA attached so the warehouse can identify it. Previously these required manual investigation. Keeps rogue returns moving as long as the rest of the data is intact.
📦 3PL sync status: Now visible on the shipments list
The 3PL sync status now appears directly on the shipments list, mirroring how it already works for PO delivery notes. Easier to spot integration issues at a glance without opening each shipment.
📊 Inventory Report v4: Cleaner layout and clearer hierarchy
The Inventory Report for Reservation v4 brands has been redesigned. The new layout shows the same information with a clearer hierarchy and structure, making it easier to read at a glance.
🌐 Inventory settings: Now available in 5 languages
The Inventory settings page is now fully translated into Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, and Dutch. International teams can configure inventory in their own language instead of falling back to English.
📱 Warehouse Scanner: Multi-location support
The warehouse scanner app now works across multiple warehouse locations. Once a user has more than one location assigned to them, a location dropdown appears in the scanner so they can pick where to work. This unlocks scanner workflows for brands operating from multiple warehouses with TRAEDE's shipping system.
📍 Location dropdown: Groups and locations now visually separated
The Location dropdown (used in the inventory list and elsewhere) now distinguishes groups from individual locations with icons. Easier to pick the right item when group and location names look similar.
🔍 Filebank search: Partial matching on item number and product name
Filebank search now finds partial matches on both item number and product name, making it much faster for end customers to locate the file they’re looking for. A welcome upgrade for the many brands using Filebank to share assets with their wholesale customers.
🛍️ Webshop banner editor: Image fit and fixed widths
The webshop banner editor now gives you more control over how banner images display. You can choose to make banner images fit the entire card without cropping, instead of always being cropped to fill, and you can define a fixed image width in pixels. Both options are toggled in the webshop editor settings.
📑 Invoice list: “Sell to” column
The invoice list now shows the “Sell to party” whenever “Bill to” is used. The new Sell to value is exportable and filterable from the invoice list.
💳 Svea: Per Internal Company configuration
Svea can now be configured per Internal Company. FTP folder, exchange rate, home country, and client number can each be set differently for different Internal Companies. Useful when you operate Internal Companies in multiple countries and need separate Svea setups for each.
🔌 Connectors: New apps and document types
Several new document types are now available in Connectors. B24 supports import orders, export order confirmations, import sales reports, export inventory and import inventory. Custom export and JSON each support inventory export and inventory import. Help center articles are on their way.
📤 NemEDI: Sales reports (consignment) supported
Brands moving from the legacy EDI app to the new Connectors + NemEDI setup can now receive sales reports (consignment) alongside sales orders. Both document types share one endpoint and auto-detection handles routing. When setting up, tick Sales Reports under NemEDI import options and fill in buyer + delivery GLNs to route sales to the right consignment location.
📋 Magasin EDI: Toggle PRICAT attachment on DESADV shipments
A new “Send partial PRICAT with each DESADV” setting controls whether a partial PRICAT is attached to DESADV shipments to Magasin. Enabled by default to preserve the existing behaviour, and available in both the legacy Magasin EDI integration and the new Connector for Magasin.
