Introduction

This guide explains how to set up the integration between TRAEDE and Midt Factoring. Before setting it up in TRAEDE, you must have an agreement with Midt Factoring and have layouts configured in your e-conomic account with their assistance.

This article is intended for TRAEDE users working with factoring of invoices via Midt Factoring.

Step 1: Install the integration

1. Go to the App Store in TRAEDE.

2. Find the Midt Factoring app and click Install.

3. Once installed, the setup page for Midt Factoring will be available.

Step 2: Add your client numbers and rules

Midt Factoring will provide you with one or more client numbers (e.g., 2581), which you'll need to enter along with the correct invoice layout.

1. Enter the client number provided by Midt Factoring.

2. For each client number, create a rule—typically based on currency (e.g., DKK, EUR).

3. For each rule:

   • Select the currency (e.g., DKK).

   • Select the layout (e.g., MF_DKK), which must be set up in your e-conomic account.

Layouts must already exist in e-conomic, and Midt Factoring will help set them up.

You can add multiple rules if you have different layouts and client numbers per currency.

Step 3: Configure customer-specific factoring settings

1. Go to Customers → Customer list.

2. Select a customer and go to the Master data tab.

3. After installing the Midt Factoring app, you’ll see an option to mark the customer as a factoring customer.

4. Enable this if invoices for the customer should be sent to Midt Factoring.

This is important for controlling which customers are included in the factoring process.

Step 4: Enable PDF forwarding

You can also choose to automatically send PDF copies of invoices to Midt Factoring.

• This ensures Midt Factoring receives the exact version of the invoice that your customer sees.

Step 5: Set the invoice push start date

1. In the Midt Factoring settings, enter the start date for pushing invoices (e.g., 07-12-2023).

2. From this date forward, TRAEDE will push invoices daily to Midt Factoring based on the setup.

Once these steps are completed, your TRAEDE system will be integrated with Midt Factoring, and invoices will begin syncing according to your configuration.
