Introduction

This guide shows how to create a new customer in TRAEDE. It applies to both admins and agents. You’ll learn how to navigate to the customer creation view, fill in required details, and assign agents when needed.

How to create a customer in TRAEDE

  1. Log in to your TRAEDE account.

  2. In the main menu, go to Customers and select Customer list.

  3. In the top-right corner, click New customer.

  4. Fill in all necessary customer details in the form.

  5. Required fields will be marked with a red dot (*). These fields must be completed to proceed.

    • The exact required fields can vary depending on your brand’s account setup.

    • If you're unsure about any required fields, contact your brand administrator.

  6. Once all required information is filled in, click Create customer.

  7. Assign an agent (if needed)

    • If you are an agent, you will automatically be assigned as the agent on the customer.

    • If you are an admin, you can assign an agent manually:

      1. Scroll to the Agent section.

      2. Click the agent selector and choose the correct agent from the list.
