Introduction
This article explains how to handle selections inside a showroom in TRAEDE, including how to view prospect submissions, convert them into customers, convert selections into orders, and download selections for sharing.
These tools help you manage both new leads and existing customers directly from your showroom activity.
Access showroom selections
To manage selections, navigate to:
Sales → Showrooms → Select a showroom → Selections
Here you will see a complete overview of all activity in the showroom.
You can view:
Not invited
Invited
In progress
Submitted
Placed orders
View submitted selections
If you want to see selections created by prospects or customers, click the Submitted tab.
This is especially useful when new potential customers have created a selection by accessing your public or customer-access showroom.
Convert a prospect into a customer
If a prospect has created a selection and filled out their information, you can automatically create them as a customer in TRAEDE.
Open the submitted selection
Click Convert to customer
TRAEDE will automatically generate a new customer profile using the information entered by the prospect
Convert a selection into an order
Once the customer exists in TRAEDE, you can convert their selection into an order:
Click Convert to order next to the relevant selection
This option is available both for newly created customers and already existing customers.
View or download a selection
For each selection, you also have the option to:
View selection (see the products added by the customer)
Download the selection as PDF or Excel
Useful for sending to customers or internal team members
View placed orders
To see how many orders have been placed directly through the showroom, use the Placed orders tab in the selections overview.
This gives you a quick overview of the success and engagement of your showroom.
