Introduction
When your TRAEDE account is connected to e-conomic, there will be situations where the TRAEDE support team needs access to your e-conomic setup.
This could be to help diagnose synchronization errors, investigate accounting behaviour, or provide technical assistance.
Granting TRAEDE administrator access is standard procedure and only used when helping you resolve issues.
Open administrators in e-conomic
Log in to e-conomic.
Click the orange button in the top-right corner.
Select Indstillinger (Settings).
In the left-hand navigation, choose Administratorer.
Search for TRAEDE
In the administrator list, use the search field in the top-right corner.
Type TRAEDE.
A TRAEDE administrator profile will appear in the list.
Grant administrator access
Click the Add button next to TRAEDE.
Confirm the action.
TRAEDE will now have access and can assist you whenever support is needed.
