Introduction
This article explains how manual stock corrections from System Transport are displayed in TRAEDE, how you can view the reason codes provided by the warehouse, and how to generate an overview of all manual inventory changes within a selected period.
How stock corrections from System Transport work
System Transport can send manual stock corrections to TRAEDE when they adjust inventory directly in their warehouse system. These corrections are imported into TRAEDE automatically, including any reason code the warehouse provides—if agreed in advance.
To ensure reasons appear correctly in TRAEDE, you must agree with System Transport on:
The codes they will use
When and how they should include the code in the stock correction files
If the code is included in the file, TRAEDE will display it on the correction entry.
How to view all manual stock changes in TRAEDE
TRAede offers an inventory change report that allows you to filter and export all manual corrections within any time period.
Steps
Go to Inventory → Inventory list.
Click Inventory change report.
Set the date range you want to analyse.
Under Row change, select Manual regulation.
Export the report to Excel if needed.
The report will include:
All manual inventory corrections during the selected period
Any text or reason code attached to each correction (if provided by the warehouse)
This gives you a clear overview of when and why adjustments were made.
