Introduction
Before System Transport can create orders or process production orders for your products, they must receive your product master data from TRAEDE. This includes all EAN numbers, which must be generated before sending the data.
This guide shows you how to send your products to System Transport and when to repeat the process.
Step 1: Ensure item numbers are generated
System Transport requires that all products have EAN numbers before they can receive the product file.
If you recently created new products, generate the EAN-numbers first.
Only send products after the item numbers exist.
Step 2: Open the System Transport app
Go to the App Store in TRAEDE.
Select the System Transport app.
Step 3: Send master data
In the top-right corner, click the Actions menu.
Select Send master data to System Transport.
TRAEDE will now send all product data to System Transport.
✔️ This process sends all products — you don't need to select them manually.
Step 4: Repeat when creating new products
Whenever you create new products in TRAEDE:
Make sure EAN numbers are generated.
Go to the System Transport app.
Click Send master data to System Transport again.
This keeps System Transport updated with the latest product information.
