Cancelling a shipment that has been sent to Systemtransport

Introduction

This article explains how shipment cancellations work in TRAEDE, and what you must also do manually to ensure the shipment is fully cancelled at the warehouse.

 

 

How shipment cancellations work

You can cancel a shipment directly inside TRAEDE:

  • From the shipment list, by clicking the X next to a shipment

  • Or from inside the order, where the same cancellation button is available

Cancelling inside TRAEDE will mark the shipment as cancelled and stop further processing in TRAEDE.


Important: You must also notify the warehouse

There is no integration that allows TRAEDE to send shipment cancellations to System Transport / Scan Global Logistics.

This means:

  • When you cancel a shipment in TRAEDE → the warehouse does not get notified

  • The warehouse will continue picking the shipment unless you inform them manually

Therefore:

After cancelling a shipment in TRAEDE, you must contact your warehouse/3PL and ask them to delete the shipment on their side.
