Introduction
This article explains how to manually send a B2B order from TRAEDE to System Transport.
B2C orders are usually sent automatically, so the manual process in this guide mainly applies to B2B.
Before you begin
Make sure you are familiar with TRAEDE’s Shipping module.
If not, we recommend watching the Warehousing course first.
How to send an order to System Transport
Open the order you want to ship.
Click Create shipment.
Select a shipping method where the Code type = System Transport.
Only shipping methods with this code type will be sent to the warehouse.
If you choose a method without this code type, the shipment will not be transmitted (useful if shipping from your office or another location).
Click Create shipment.
TRA EDE will now create an Outbound Order file and send it to System Transport.
What happens next?
Warehouse handling
Once System Transport begins picking the order:
They will send a Delivery Note back to TRAEDE.
When the delivery note is received, the order will:
disappear from Ready to pick, and
appear under Shipments → Delivered.
Timing
The process is not real-time.
Even if the warehouse starts picking immediately, the delivery note may not arrive in TRAEDE right away.
It typically arrives within a few hours.
If the order still shows as “Ready to pick,” it usually means:
System Transport has not yet sent the delivery file to TRAEDE.
Track & Trace
You can view tracking information once the order is delivered.
If you do not see the tracking number:
Go to Shipments → Delivered.
Enable the Track and trace column.
The tracking link will appear there.
Troubleshooting
The warehouse never receives the order
If the order does not appear in System Transport’s system:
Ask System Transport whether they received the outbound file.
If they received it, ask them what the error is.
If they did not receive it, or you cannot identify the issue:
Contact the TRAEDE support team for assistance.
