Introduction
This guide explains how to send your product catalog from TRAEDE to Ongoing WMS. This is necessary when setting up a new Ongoing warehouse or when new products are created in TRAEDE and need to be available in your 3PL’s system.
This process ensures all product variants are available in Ongoing before shipments are created.
Step 1: Access the Ongoing integration
In TRAEDE, go to the App Store.
Click on the Ongoing app to open the integration settings.
Go to the Actions section.
Step 2: Push all product data
Click the button: Push all products to Ongoing.
TRAEDE will now send all current product data (based on variant SKU) to Ongoing.
This process may take up to 5 minutes, depending on your catalog size.
TRAEDE uses the SKU to check whether a product already exists in Ongoing and will only create new ones if needed.
When is this needed?
When starting with a new Ongoing warehouse.
When working with a new 3PL using Ongoing.
When you’ve added many new products in TRAEDE.
When your 3PL needs product data before handling orders or inventory adjustments.
Automatic product creation during shipment
If you don’t manually push products, TRAEDE will automatically:
Check each product during shipment creation.
Create any missing products in Ongoing before the shipment is sent.
✅ This is a backup method, but we recommend sending all products upfront, especially when working with 3PLs.
