Introduction
This article explains how to track production orders using the Reservations view in TRAEDE. This method is an extension of the previous guide on tracking production orders via the inventory list and gives you a more detailed overview of incoming quantities, items currently in production, and which sales orders they will fulfill.
Search for your product
Go to the Reservations view.
Search for the product you want to review.
You will see a list of all variants for that product.
View reservations for a specific variant
Click any variant to open its reservation details.
For each variant, you can see:
What is on the way (incoming deliveries)
What is currently in production
Which sales orders will be fulfilled by these quantities
Example explained
If you open the variant Black – Size M, you might see:
5 pieces on the way
From production delivery 331-1
Arriving in 20 days
5 pieces in production
From production order 331
This allows you to clearly understand both upcoming deliveries and ongoing production, as well as how these units will match existing sales orders.
Check all variants quickly
You can repeat this process by clicking through any variant in the list.
Each variant will show its own:
Incoming production deliveries
Items still in production
Reservations connected to sales orders
This gives you a complete overview of how production is moving across all sizes, colors, or variants of a product.
