Introduction
This guide explains how to receive a production delivery note in TRAEDE when you either have your own warehouse or when your 3PL is not integrated with TRAEDE.
Receiving a delivery note means adding the received quantities into stock based on what physically arrived at your warehouse.
Open the delivery note
Go to your production order.
Select the delivery note you want to receive.
If multiple deliveries exist, choose the one that has arrived at your warehouse.
Click the delivery to open it.
Count the received quantities
The quantities shown on the delivery note may not match what physically arrived.
For each variant, adjust the quantity to the actual amount received.
Example: If the delivery note says 8 pieces but you only received 7, update the quantity to 7.
You can also increase a quantity if more items were delivered than expected.
Click Save to confirm your adjustments.
Receive the delivery note
Once all quantities are correct:
Click Receive in the top-right corner.
TRAEDE will now add the items to your stock.
The delivery status changes from Sent to Received.
Important:
Once you click Receive, the process cannot be reversed. Make sure all values are correct before confirming.
Verify the production order status
After receiving the delivery:
Return to the production order.
The status will now show Fully received if all deliveries have been processed.
Check that inventory was updated
To confirm that the expected quantities were added to stock:
Go to Inventory list.
Search for the product using SKU or item number.
Under Changes, you can see the stock movement created by the production delivery note—e.g., “Received 28 pcs on Production delivery note 324-2”.
