Working the production order list

  • Updated

Introduction

This guide gives a quick overview of how to work with the production order list in TRAEDE. You will learn how to navigate the list, filter production orders, understand key columns, and access tools for managing orders and deliveries.

Navigate the production order list

When you open the Production orders page, the list is automatically divided into:

  • Open production orders

  • Closed production orders

A later guide will explain all production order statuses in more detail.

Filter production orders

You can filter your production orders by supplier or other criteria.

  1. Open the filter menu on the left.

  2. Select a supplier to view only production orders connected to that supplier.

  3. To make filtering faster, pin your preferred filters by clicking the pin icon.

    • Example: Pin the Supplier filter so it is always available at the top.

Delete or export production orders

From the list view you can:

  • Delete a production order by clicking it and selecting delete

  • Export production orders to Excel

This is useful for reporting or bulk analysis.

Understand the deliveries column

The Deliveries column shows:

  • How many deliveries each production order contains

  • The status of each production delivery

    • Example: Sent, Received, Partial, etc.

This gives you a quick overview of progress without opening each order.

Understand the product column

If a production order contains only one product, the product name will be shown in the list.

  • If the production order contains multiple products, this column will be empty.

Understand the sales order column

If a production order was created from one single sales order, that sales order will appear in the list.

  • If multiple orders contributed to the production order, this field will be empty.

Tools and actions

On the right side of each row you will find various tools for managing production orders.
These will be covered in a separate guide on production order statuses and tracking.

Quick add production orders

In the top-right corner, you can use Quick add order to:

  • Create a production order manually by entering SKUs

  • Import one or multiple production orders from Excel

This topic is covered in the guide: Quick add production orders using Excel.
