Introduction

This guide shows you how to quickly create a production order using the Quick add order function in TRAEDE. This feature allows you to manually input products using SKUs or item numbers, making it a fast and efficient way to generate production orders.

It’s ideal for users who need to create small or frequent production orders manually without going through the full product selection process.

Step 1: Open the quick add order menu

1. Go to the Production orders section.

2. Click on Quick add order.

3. Select Manually enter.

Step 2: Enter supplier and product details

1. Choose the supplier for the production order.

2. In the product field, enter the SKU or EAN.

Example:

• SKU: product-001-001

• Quantity: 10

💡 You do not need to enter the unit price. If left blank, TRAEDE will automatically use the unit price from the product card.

Step 3: Create the production order

1. Click Create production order to finalize.

You’ll now be redirected back to the production order list, and the newly created order will appear there.

Step 4: Review the production order

• Click into the new production order to view its details.

• You will see the product(s) and quantity you added in the quick add flow.
