Introduction
To upload and assign product images in bulk, you need to start by importing a ZIP file of your images. This guide explains how to use WeTransfer to upload your archive and how to start the import process in TRAEDE.
Step 1: Create and upload your image archive
Gather all your product images and compress them into a ZIP file.
Go to WeTransfer.com.
Upload your ZIP file (WeTransfer allows large files).
Once uploaded, you’ll receive a shareable URL — copy this URL.
⚠️ TRAEDE only supports WeTransfer for image imports.
Step 2: Start the image import in TRAEDE
In TRAEDE, go to Products → Image import.
Click Create new import in the top right corner.
Paste the WeTransfer URL you copied.
Click Create import job.
Step 3: Wait for the upload to complete
TRAEDE will now download and process your archive in the background.
This can take a few minutes depending on the number and size of your images.
Refresh the page periodically.
Once the status reaches 100%, you're ready to start matching images to products.
