Updating order prices with latest sales price

Updating order prices allows you to adjust the prices of multiple orders based on the latest product catalog prices.

Steps to Update Order Prices:

  1. Select Orders to Update:

    • Navigate to the order list and check the orders you want to update.

  2. Initiate the Update:

    • Click Update Order Prices in the menu.

    • A pop-up will appear displaying the order numbers that are being updated.

  3. Confirm the Update:

    • In the confirmation field, type confirm.

    • Click Yes, Update to proceed.

  4. System Updates the Prices:

    • The prices in the selected orders will be updated based on the latest product catalog prices.

    • Any previously applied discounts (e.g., 30% off) will be recalculated to maintain the original discount percentage.

  5. Verify the Changes:

    • Check the order timeline to see a record of the price update.

    • This log helps track when and who updated the order prices.

  • Always ensure that the correct products are selected before splitting, merging, or updating order prices.

  • The Order Timeline records all changes made to any order.

  • Labels and descriptions can help organize orders effectively within Traede.
