Steps to Send an Order Confirmation

Accessing the Order Management Section:
- Navigate to "Sales" > "B2B".
- Select the order for which you want to send a confirmation.

Generating the Order Confirmation:
- Click on the "Send Order Confirmation" button within the order details.
- Click on the "Send Order Confirmation" button within the order details.

Customizing the Confirmation Message:
- Customize the email template if necessary, adding any additional information or personalized messages for the customer, or else just use the default settings.
- Click "Send" to dispatch the order confirmation to the customer.
