Introduction

This guide details how to effectively use comments within the Order Management module in Traede.
A comment is something that is attached to an order, and that the customer can see as well. Therefore a comment can be added to an order both by the customer and the brand. 

Steps to Use Comments in Order

  1. Accessing the Order Management Section:

    • Navigate to "Sales".
    • Select the specific order you wish to add a comment to.

  2. Adding a Comment to an Order:

    • Click on the "Comments" tab.
    • Type your comment in the provided text box. Make sure to include all necessary details for clarity.
    • Click the checkmark ✓ to save the comment.
