Introduction
The Intrastat (EU sales) report in TRAEDE allows you to export sales data to other EU countries for tax reporting. TRAEDE automatically prepares this report by grouping your finished sales per calendar month, making it easy for you to download and submit to your local tax authority.
How to generate the report
Go to Reports → EU sales (XBVHT) in the TRAEDE App Store.
You’ll see a list of months where TRAEDE has finished collecting data.
Find the month you want to export.
Click Generate report.
Export formats
After clicking Generate report, you can choose between two formats:
CSV — For uploading to most tax systems
Excel (XLSX) — For easier viewing or editing in Excel
TRAEDE will generate the file instantly and start the download.
📝 The column structure is designed to match most EU tax authority import systems. However, you can rearrange the columns after import if needed.
