Introduction

This guide explains how to set up a Pack shots folder in TRAEDE’s file bank that automatically displays product images from a specific category, such as accessories. This setup is useful for organizing and sharing product photos without manually uploading images.

Create a folder for pack shots

1. Go to your File bank and create a new folder — in this case, name it something like Pack shots.

2. Click Add illustration image to upload a folder preview image (optional).

   • Select an image from your device

   • Choose Half size or another preferred format

Link product images to the folder

1. In the same folder, go to the Product files section.

2. Select the product images you want to display:

   • Choose Categories → e.g., Accessories and Hair accessories

   • (Optional) Use Collections or Drops to narrow the filter (e.g. only show images from AV-16 collection)

3. No need to upload — TRAEDE pulls the images directly from your product data.

4. Click Save.

Preview the pack shots in file bank

1. Go to App Store → File bank.

2. Find your new folder (e.g. Pack shots).

   • The illustration image appears on the folder cover.

   • Inside the folder, you'll see all relevant product images.

   • Filter options (e.g. category, collection) are available on the left side.
