  • Updated

Introduction

This guide introduces the new file bank feature in TRAEDE and explains how to access, organize, and download images and files. The file bank is customizable and can be structured to fit your preferred way of working β€” whether that includes packshots, campaign images, lookbooks, or product collections.

This guide is useful for users who want an easy and flexible way to manage product-related files inside TRAEDE.

Access the file bank

  1. Go to the App Store inside TRAEDE.

  2. Select File Bank from the available apps.

πŸ’‘ You can customize the folder structure to suit your needs β€” it’s not mandatory to use lookbook folders.

  • Shoes

Inside these, subfolders have been added:

  • Images (e.g., campaign or product images)

To download a single image, click directly on the image and press the download button shown in the preview.

Example: Adding a lookbook folder

In addition to product-related images, you can also upload:

  • PDF material (e.g., product sheets)

  • Video files (e.g., promotional content)

This allows you to use the file bank as a media hub for various formats.

πŸ—‚οΈ
You can choose to:

  • Keep it simple with only images and packshots

  • Structure folders by collection name

  • Add more levels of subfolders if needed

βœ… The folder structure is flexible β€” make it as simple or detailed as you like.
