Introduction

This guide shows how to upload general and illustration images to the file bank in TRAEDE. This is useful for managing assets like campaign images, brand material, or visual files not directly linked to specific products — but still useful for users to access via the file bank.

Uploading images to a folder

1. Go to your Images folder (or create one).

2. To upload an illustration image:

   • Click Add illustration image

   • Select an image from your computer

   • Choose the size (e.g. Half size)

   • Click Save

Uploading additional image files

If you want to include non-product-specific images, like campaign materials or brand content:

1. In the Images folder, scroll to Additional files.

2. Click Add file or drag and drop multiple image files.

3. The uploaded images will now be added manually to your file bank.

4. Click Save.

Preview your file bank

To check how the images appear in TRAEDE:

1. Go to App Store → File bank.

2. Navigate to the folder you added files to (e.g. Accessories or Products).

3. You’ll see:

   • The illustration image on the front page

   • Additional uploaded images listed inside the folder
