Introduction

The file bank in TRAEDE is a great way to organize your product images, marketing materials, lookbooks, videos, and more. This guide shows how to create a structured setup with folders and subfolders, so your assets are easy to manage and find.

Setting up your folder structure

1. Go to App Store → File bank.

2. You'll see a structure of folders and subfolders. For example:

   • Products

     • Accessories

     • Footwear

   • Marketing

   • Lookbook

   This is just an example. You can customize your structure however you'd like.

Create a new folder

1. Click Add subfolder on the folder where you want to nest your new folder.

2. Enter a name (e.g. Accessories).

3. (Optional) Upload an illustration image:

   • This image appears as a cover thumbnail on the folder.

   • You can set the size (e.g. Half size).

4. Click Save.

Add subfolders to your new folder

To keep things organized, you can add subfolders to your new folder:

1. Click Add subfolder under your newly created folder (e.g. Accessories).

2. Name the subfolders:

   • Example 1: Pack shots

   • Example 2: Images

3. Click Save after each one.

With this structure in place, you're now ready to upload content:

• Use Pack shots for product-specific images pulled from TRAEDE

• Use Images for manually added content like campaign visuals
