👤 Account manager: a new user type for in-house sales people

Some sales people are internal admin users, but they also own customers and earn commission. The new Account manager user type covers exactly that, and replaces workarounds like using “Responsible person” for commission or sales goals.

  • An Account manager can see and do everything a normal admin user can. No special roles.
  • Attach Account managers to customers, and they are assigned to orders, invoices and credit notes in the same way as agents.
  • Commission reports and sales goals work for Account managers, just like for agents.
  • Account managers are included in “Agents” filter dropdowns, for example in the revenue report.

Choose the user type when creating or editing a user under Settings → Users.

🏭 CloudX integration: connect directly to your 3PL warehouse

Connect TRAEDE directly to 3PL warehouses using CloudX WMS. Products, shipments, production orders and inventory sync both ways:

  • TRAEDE to CloudX: products, shipments, production orders, and cancellations of both shipments and production orders.
  • CloudX to TRAEDE: inventory levels, shipment status and tracking numbers, and received quantities when goods are counted in.

📦 Packing validation: check every item and track discrepancies

Enable packing validation in Warehouse management settings to add a separate packing check after picking. Shipments completed on the warehouse scanner move to “Awaiting packing” on the fulfillment dashboard, now refreshed with tabs.

  • Scan everything again during packing. For discrepancies such as underdelivery, record a reason and an optional note. Customize reasons in Warehouse management settings.
  • Find shipments to follow up on in a new page listing all recorded discrepancy reasons over a period, with PDF export. Discrepancies also appear on the shipment profile.

🏬 Multi location ordering: choose where to order from

Choose inventory locations individually when ordering, or combine several into one quantity field:

  • Enter quantities per inventory location. Previously, TRAEDE split them automatically across locations, without letting you choose.
  • Create an Order combine group for one quantity field across several locations. “Per location” mode still shows inventory per location and splits order lines by availability when the order is completed. “Combined” mode shows the locations as one inventory status.
  • Choose the location name shown when ordering. For example, “China Warehouse” internally can appear as “Remote warehouse (4 to 6 weeks extra delivery)” to the person placing the order.

Find all guides in the help center under Inventory settings.

🚚 Delivery dates: see the actual date and how it is calculated

Orders now show the actual delivery date. Hover over the date on orders or in the inventory report to see the calculation:

  • Stock ready estimate: when inventory is expected to be ready to pack, calculated as the ETA on the PO plus inbound handling days. The breakdown identifies the inbound handling setting used.
  • Warehouse ready deadline: the latest date inventory must be ready at the warehouse for timely packing. Calculated as the requested delivery date minus transit time and packing time, with a note explaining how both were determined.

📦 Reservations panel: see what is actually reserved

The updated reservations panel shows what is actually reserved for an order, rather than what should be reserved.

  • A warning appears if a manual change puts “should reserve” below the quantity.
  • The panel, order list and inventory report also warn when reservations are turned off on the Drop.

📄 Document orientation: give wide product tables more room

Give wide product tables more room by setting page orientation per document type in Document settings. Portrait is the default; use “Set page orientation to landscape” for extra width when columns push the table off the page.

⚖️ Shipment weight: see the total as you create a shipment

Choose between pallet and parcel without leaving shipment creation.

  • The Summary card shows Total weight below Total quantity, updating live as quantities change, always in kilograms.
  • Packaging is excluded because box and pallet weight are only known after packing.
  • If products lack recorded weights, the total is a partial sum, with a note showing how many lines are missing weight.

🧾 PO receiving: automatically correct negative inventory values

TRAEDE automatically corrects negative inventory values when the covering PO is received or booked. Shipping or invoicing before PO receipt creates negative inventory, often at an incorrect cost price.

🌐 Virtual locations: no longer counted in inventory value

Virtual locations hold inventory you do not own, typically for drop selling. Inventory values are no longer shown for virtual locations, and they are excluded from the inventory value report, so your inventory value only reflects stock that is actually yours.

📒 Accounting integrations: more control over journals and posting frequency

Two updates for the e-conomic, Business Central and Fortnox integrations:

  • Choose a separate journal for inventory adjustments, or leave it unselected to keep posting to the Sales journal.
  • Bulk accounting entries for daily COGS and daily inventory adjustments now also work in Business Central. Choose daily, twice-monthly or monthly syncing.

🧾 Batch credit notes: specify exactly which batches are returned

Credit notes created from invoices for batch products now have one quantity field per batch, so you can specify which batches are returned. An invoice line fulfilled by batches A and B gives you two quantity fields.

🧾 PO invoice costs: make adjustments directly on the invoice

Adjust PO invoice costs directly in the PO invoice view, without leaving the invoice.

📄 Data Export: see who placed each order

The new “Placed By” column in Data Export’s orders and invoices tables identifies who created each order, even without “Responsible person”.

  • For invoices and credit notes, it shows the underlying order’s creator, so webshop-booked invoices show the real customer or salesperson instead of the automation account.
  • Already using the app? Press “Reset target” once to fill in historical rows.

📊 Drop control: get a clearer view of PO availability

Drop control now shows PO availability more clearly, indicating when Sell ahead is off and when allocations are off because no PO exists yet.

🎨 Product page: keep filters within reach as you scroll

The redesigned product page keeps filters visible as you scroll. The fixed save bar is now enabled for everyone.

🔍 App Store: find apps with search, filters and sorting

Search the App Store by app name and description, filter by category and installation status, sort A to Z or Z to A, and choose apps per page.

  • Installed apps have a green checkbox; uninstalled apps have a grey plus.

🔐 Invite links: let new users return until setup is complete

Activation links now remain valid until new users finish setup, rather than expiring on the first click.

  • They still expire after 30 days.
  • Expired links open a recovery screen to request a temporary password and log in.
  • You can still resend the invite to issue a new code.
