Create a report for an agent or agency, check the invoices, adjust anything that should not be paid, then close it. Closing finalizes the payout and cannot be undone.
Create a report
- Go to Reports → Commission.
- Click Create new report.
- Select one or more agents or agencies in Agent or agency.
- Set To date (required). The date cannot be in the future. Set From date if you want a start of the period.
- Click Create!.
The report fills with invoices and credit notes where those agents are primary, using each agent’s Commission policies and your Calculate commission using payments setting.
Important: You need at least one commission policy before you can create a report.
