Before you send a PRICAT to a B24-connected customer, set up the order dates, ship dates, pricing, and product filter in the B24 connector settings. These settings control what gets sent and when.

Setting the order and ship dates

1. Go to Settings → Connectors.
2. Find the B24 connector and click Edit.
3. Set the valid order date from and to — the window in which the customer can place orders.
4. Set the ship date from and to — when the customer can expect to receive the products.
5. Click Save.

These dates apply to your NOS (Never Out of Stock) products.

Adding a pre-order delivery window

If you also have a pre-order delivery window, add it as a separate date range with its own price list.

1. Add a new date window and set its from and to dates.
2. Select the price list to use for the pre-order, since pre-order pricing is often different from your standard pricing.
3. Optionally, give the window a name for your own reference.
4. Click Save.

Tip: The window name is only for your own use — the customer doesn't see it.

Filtering which products are sent

Use the product filter to control which products are included in the PRICAT.

1. Remove the existing filter if you need to change it.
2. Click Add filter and choose Drops.
3. Select the drop(s) you want to send to the customer, for example AW26.
4. Click Save, then click Save again in the top right corner to save the connector settings.

Sending the PRICAT

Once your settings are saved, you can send the PRICAT to your customers.

1. Scroll down to the customer connection list, which shows all customers connected to B24.
2. Find the customer you want to send to.
3. Click to send PRICAT from the customer's row. This uses the settings you just saved.

Note: If a customer has multiple connections, they may share the same GLN number. In that case, it doesn't matter which connection you choose to send from.
