The order list now shows all row-level indicators in a single status column next to the order number. The comment, payment, customer overdue and customer blocked indicators have moved into this column, and it also introduces a new indicator: the order confirmation status.

What the icons mean
Each icon has a colored dot showing its state. Hover over an icon to see the details.

| Envelope | Order confirmation status — whether a confirmation has been sent to the customer and whether it is still up to date. New, see below. |
| Speech bubble | The order has internal or external comments. Hover to read them. |
| Credit card | Payment status (prepayment needed, paid, partially paid, credit line, factoring). Hover for the full payment breakdown. |
| Warning triangle | The customer has overdue payments. Hover to see the overdue amount. |
| Blocked sign | The customer is blocked from creating orders or shipments. |
The comment, payment, overdue and blocked indicators work exactly as before — only their placement has changed.
The new order confirmation status
The envelope icon tracks the order confirmation across every way you send it: email, EDI and connector integrations. Hover over it to see when the confirmation was last sent, through which channel, and — if the send failed — why.

| Confirmation never sent | Grey | No confirmation has been sent for this order yet. |
| Confirmation queued (sending…) | Amber | A confirmation is on its way but has not been delivered yet. |
| Confirmation up to date | Green | The confirmation was delivered and the order still matches what the customer was told. |
| Confirmation outdated — needs resend | Amber | A confirmation was sent, but the customer-facing delivery dates have changed since. Consider resending it. |
| Confirmation failed | Red | The last send attempt failed. Hover over the icon to see the reason, then resend. |
Tip: You can filter the order list by confirmation state using the Send status and Send channel filters.
