New and improved

📊 Sales Goals Dashboard: Metrics bar

The Sales Goals Dashboard now features a metrics bar at the top, giving you an at-a-glance summary of your sales data. When a comparative date range is selected, trend indicators appear for reached, orders, and discounts, so you can instantly spot what’s moving in the right direction.

📊 Sales Goals Dashboard: Overview section with charts

The Sales Goals Dashboard now includes a visual Overview section with three predefined charts: Top 10 Sales by Agent, Top 10 Sales by Country, and Top 5 Sales by Customer. The navigation has also been moved to the top of the page, freeing up more horizontal space for your numbers.

📧 Bulk sending order confirmations, invoices, credit notes and POs

Bulk sending of order confirmations, invoices/credit notes, and POs has been completely reworked:

  • Emails now respect your configured email settings.
  • The system tracks whether a document has already been sent, helping you avoid duplicates.
  • You can override email settings per individual email before sending.
  • When sending to more than 20 recipients, the job runs in the background so you can keep working.

🛒 B2B Webshop: New Variant Filter

Your B2B customers can now filter variants directly in the product table using a new Variant Filter panel. It’s perfect for narrowing down large catalogs - just select the variants you’re interested in and the rest fades away. The filter panel is sticky at the top of the page, scrolls horizontally when there are many options, and has a clear-all button that’s always visible.

📦 Inventory column renamed in variants table

We’ve renamed the inventory column in the variants table to be clearer. Previously, it displayed the name of the default inventory location, often just “In stock”, which made it easy to confuse with “Available at the in stock location.” The updated name removes that ambiguity.

📱 Responsive tabs

Tabs are now fully responsive. When there are more tabs than can fit on screen, the extras are tucked into a “More” dropdown. We’ve also removed the standalone archive button from the order list, since archiving is already available as a bulk action.

📥 Quick Add Order: Flexible file import with saved column mapping

Importing orders from CSV or Excel just got a lot smoother. Your file can now have columns in any order and any structure - when you upload it in Quick Add Order (Simple excel import or Multiple orders excel import), you simply map your columns to the right fields (e.g. SKU, quantity, price).

Even better: your mapping is remembered. Each import mode saves its own column mapping separately, so next time you use the same format, everything maps automatically. If your file changes, just update the mapping and it’s saved for future imports.

📦 Skip fulfillment: Updated behavior

Skip fulfillment on products now works a bit differently, and going forward follows these rules:

  • Create shipment manually: Not possible for skip fulfillment products.
  • Mixed orders (some products need fulfillment): Auto ship sends the fulfillable products. Once the shipment is completed, skip fulfillment products are automatically added to the invoice.
  • Orders with only skip fulfillment products: A shipment is now created and auto-fulfilled - similar to how gift cards work. This ensures the order is properly completed in Shopify, since shipments are what trigger order completion.

🚚 Priority shipments shown at top of warehouse scanner

Priority shipments now appear at the very top of the pick list in the warehouse scanner. No more scrolling to find the urgent ones, they’re front and center.

🚚 Default priority shipments on customer card

You can now flag a customer so that all their shipments are automatically marked as priority. Set it once on the customer card, and every new shipment inherits the priority status. You can still override it on individual shipments when needed.

📐 Total volume field in Order Summary Table

The Order Summary Table now shows total volume alongside total quantity and total weight - giving you a complete picture of the order at a glance. Volume is calculated per line as length × width × height × quantity (in cm³), and only when all three dimensions are present. If a variant doesn’t have dimensions set, it falls back to the parent product. You can also add a volume column to the variant view and use Quick edit to set or clear dimensions (L, W, H) in bulk.

⚙️ Clear Custom Fields when bulk updating orders

Previously, bulk updating orders with an empty value for Custom Fields (like Shopify Tags) wouldn’t actually clear them. That’s now fixed. A new checkbox - “Clear the custom field values for the selected orders” - lets you explicitly wipe Custom Fields across multiple orders in one go.

📋 Sell ahead available as column in PO list

You can now see sell ahead status directly in the PO list as a dedicated column. Need to change it? You can also bulk update sell ahead settings for multiple POs at once - no need to open each one individually.

🔄 PO deliveries column: Updated look

The PO deliveries column has gotten a visual refresh. The layout is now cleaner and easier to scan, especially for production orders with multiple deliveries.
