New and improved
π― Agencies now supported in Sales Goals
You can now add Agencies to the Sales Goals Dashboard and set goals for them alongside individual Agents.
Agency currency is set in Settings > Agencies > Edit > Currency.
π± Warehouse scanner: PO receiving feature
The warehouse scanner now has an updated feature for receiving POs. It works for both sub level and non sub level brands.
The feature has two modes:
- Scan: Scan everything on the PO from scratch. When done, click finish to put items into stock
- Fast receive: Receive everything and optionally count afterwards. For sub level brands, this process also puts items into stock in the correct locations.
π± Warehouse scanner: Last counted indicator
The warehouse scanner now saves and displays when something was last manually adjusted.
The indicator has three colors:
- Green = counted within last 30 days
- Yellow = counted within last 90 days
- Red = older than 90 days
This gives you a quick indication of when stock was last verified.
π± Warehouse scanner: Enter T&T for manual shipping
You can now enter Track & Trace directly on the scanner for shipping methods that have code_type=manual.
This makes the picking process easier when you're booking freight manually.
π± Warehouse scanner: Smarter pick verification for sub levels
For sub level brands, you can now choose how locations are verified during shipments and packing lists picking.
By default, you always have to scan the location before scanning the product. You can now change this so you only scan the location if the product exists on multiple locations.
This speeds up the picking process when products are stored in a single location.
π± Warehouse scanner: Last pick location for sub levels
When using sub levels, we now show the last pick location a product was stocked at.
Previously, locations would disappear when a product's inventory went to 0 at that location. We also now display a different UI for products without any inventory.
π Return Portal: Shopify exchange orders now have EXC- prefix
Shopify orders with exchanged items created via the Return Portal now have order numbers starting with EXC-.
For example, if the original order is #1000, the order with exchanged items will be EXC-#1000-1. If there are multiple exchanges on one order, they'll be numbered EXC-#1000-1, EXC-#1000-2, etc.
This makes it simple to filter out exchange orders in reporting and other order lists.
π Return Portal: Free shipping for gift card refunds
You can now offer free shipping as part of the refund to gift card option in return portals.
Enable it in Return Portal settings by checking "Use free shipping for refunds to gift card" under the Refund to gift card section.
If there are return or exchange shipping costs, the gift card option will show a "free shipping" label and the costs won't be included in the refund calculation. This helps incentivize customers to choose gift cards over refunds.
β οΈ Return Portal: Failed label booking alerts on dashboard
If booking of a return label from the Return Portal fails, it will now show on the dashboard as an alert.
This works for all integrations that support return labels: Coolrunner, SendCloud, Shipmondo, and Webshipper.
Previously, failed bookings were just shown as failed document exchanges and could easily be missed. This makes booking errors visible immediately.
π e-conomic: Send inventory entries as daily batches
You can now send all inventory entries (manual adjustments + COGS) to e-conomic as daily entries instead of per-invoice or per-adjustment.
This significantly reduces the number of journal entries in e-conomic. The setting is available in your e-conomic integration under "Bulk syncing accounting entries".
B2C invoices and credit notes will also support this option soon.
π Merge credit notes
You can now merge credit notes the same way you could previously merge invoices.
There are some limitations to prevent data issues:
- You can only merge open credit notes
- They must all belong to the same invoice, or none of them can belong to any invoice
- They cannot have an associated return
The button has been renamed to "Merge selected" to reflect this expanded functionality.
π©π° Svea now available for Danish brands
The Svea app has been updated so Danish brands can now use the Svea integration. You can now set Home Country to either Denmark or Norway inside the app.
π³ Set customer credit limits manually
You can now allow clients to set customer credit limits manually instead of syncing them from ERP.
By default, "Sync customer credit limits from ERP" is enabled. If you want to allow manual input, uncheck that option and enable "Allow manual input of customer credit limit" in your settings.
π QuickBooks: Sync classes to invoices
You can now sync classes to invoices in QuickBooks.
Classes in QuickBooks work the same way as cost centers in Fortnox, afdelinger/departments in e-conomic, and dimensions in Business Central.
π Improved Shopify inventory sync for consignment
Shopify store locations have been updated to support mapping both consignment and regular inventory locations. You can now sync multiple TRAEDE locations to separate Shopify locations.
π§Ύ Combine sales and returns on same invoice for consignment
For consignment locations, you can now choose to combine all sales and returns on the same invoice.
Previously, we always created a separate sales invoice and credit note. Most department stores prefer a single invoice with both, which is now possible.
π·οΈ Override B2C customer by order tags in Shopify
You can now override the B2C customer used in the Shopify integration by matching order tags.
Add multiple tags separated by comma, all tags must match for the override to apply.
ποΈ Delete inventory locations manually
You can now delete inventory locations manually.
- You can do this if the total inventory of the location is 0 (even if there have been previous changes, just set everything to 0)
- If the location is a consignment location, it must be deactivated on the customer first (and all sales must be invoiced/credited)
π€ Export returns
You can now export returns directly from the returns list.
π€ Export attached sales order number on POs
When exporting production orders, you can now include the attached sales order number as a column.
Note: This currently only exports sales orders that are directly attached, not those indirectly attached through drops.
π§ Sell-to customer billing emails on invoices
You can now add a Sell-to customer as a billing email recipient on invoice and credit confirmation emails.
This is useful for brands using the bill-to customer functionality to redirect invoices to a central customer. The invoice can now also go to the customer actually making the order (the sell-to customer).
If the bill-to and sell-to customer have the same billing email, only one email will be sent.
π Duett: Carriers now supported
You can now use carriers in the Duett integration.
Carriers work the same way as e-conomic departments, Business Central dimensions, and Fortnox cost centers. This allows you to divide your accounting into brands or other segments.
π Duett + Svea: Auto-close invoices
If you use Svea + Duett, you can now automatically close out invoices sent to Svea and move the amounts to a separate Svea account.
This is a similar pattern to what we already support with Midt Factoring + Business Central.
