Introduction

This guide walks you through how to integrate product data from DELOGUE to TRAEDE using the DELOGUE app. You'll learn how to configure the sync settings, map product information correctly, and manage fields such as SKUs, product groups, drops, pricing, and categorization.

This guide is relevant for users setting up the DELOGUE integration for the first time or needing to review and optimize their existing setup.

How to set up the DELOGUE product import integration

Sync setup

In the Settings tab of the DELOGUE app in TRAEDE:

• Enable Only import a product if it's ready for export to control what gets imported.

• Insert your Webhook secret and use the provided Webhook URL from your DELOGUE installation guide.

• Use the field "Import colors from these seasons..." to specify seasons (e.g. SP 26) from which colors should be pulled, even if the style is not marked as primary.

Product mapping

You can enable the following sync options:

• Sync product name

• Sync brand to subbrand

• Sync season to collection

• Sync supplier

• Sync color code

• Sync size code

• Sync EAN numbers

• Create missing categories

• Create missing collections

• Create missing product groups

• Create missing subbrands

This ensures all necessary data structures are created during import if they don't already exist in TRAEDE.

Custom field mappings

Use this section to enrich the import with additional product data from DELOGUE custom fields:

• Sync description from DELOGUE custom field

  • Enter DELOGUE custom field name

• Sync weight

  • Enter DELOGUE custom field name

  • Select a weight type (e.g., g for grams) — must be consistent across products

• Sync product group

  • Add DELOGUE custom field

  • Define a delimiter if multiple groups are used (e.g., ,)

• Sync assortments

  • Map a custom field used to differentiate pieces and assortments

  • Optionally define which values to ignore (e.g., Pieces)

• Save style name from DELOGUE

  • Select which custom field in TRAEDE should store the style name from DELOGUE (only needed if you do not want to use your Delogue style name, as product name in TRAEDE)

• Product name template

  • Optional: Define a custom naming format using DELOGUE fields

SKU mode and generation

Choose how your SKUs should be created:

• Use SKU generated in DELOGUE, or

• Generate SKU from template (recommended)

Example template: {style_number}.{color_code}.{size}

This helps maintain a consistent and structured SKU format across your catalog.
 

Drop mode

You can manage drop information as follows:

• Use season as drop

• Use DELOGUE custom field for drops if you need a separate value from the season

• Sync custom field as drop deliveries

• Ensure drops are always added: Add a default drop (e.g. Stock) so it’s automatically applied to all new products

Sync custom fields as attributes

If you have additional data points that you want to treat as attributes in TRAEDE:

• Click Add new attribute

• Select the TRAEDE attribute and map it to the corresponding DELOGUE custom field (not needed for Size and Color)

Sync product custom fields

Here you can sync any custom fields from DELOGUE to TRAEDE product custom fields.

• First, create the custom field in TRAEDE under Master Data Settings > Custom Fields

• Then map the TRAEDE custom field to the corresponding DELOGUE custom field

Example:

• TRAEDE: HS Tariff Code

• DELOGUE: HS Tariff Code

Note: Field names must match exactly, including casing and spacing.

The Country of origin field is mapped automatically and does not require a custom field.

Supplier master data

Enable this option if you want to sync supplier master data:

• Supplier number

• Supplier name

• Supplier currency

Supplier addresses are not imported and must be added manually in TRAEDE.

Prices mapping

You can add:

• Sales price sync rules

  • Map wholesale and retail prices by currency

  • Add one rule per currency (e.g., DKK, USD, EUR)

• Cost price rules

  • Cost price field in DELOGUE must match the supplier currency in TRAEDE

  • Example: If supplier currency is USD, the cost price must also be in USD

Categorization mapping

Map product categorization from DELOGUE:

• Top category field

  • Usually mapped from the main category field in DELOGUE

• Subcategory field

  • Typically a custom field in DELOGUE

Only the selected fields will be used to define where the product lands in TRAEDE’s product structure.

Final steps

1. Click Save settings at the bottom of the page.

2. You can now import products either by:

   • Typing in the item number (style number) under the Actions tab in TRAEDE

   • Or pushing products directly from DELOGUE
