Create a B2B return order for SystemTransport

Introduction

This article explains how to create a return order (RMA) for B2B orders in TRAEDE. This process is used when a customer wants to send products back to your main warehouse. You will learn how to register the return, set quantities and prices, and send the request to Systemtransport so that stock levels and costs are automatically updated when goods are received.

Create a new B2B return

  1. Go to SalesReturns.

  2. Click Create new.

  3. Select the customer who will be sending products back.

Add return details

  1. Select the products and the quantities the customer will return.

  2. Specify the return reason and how you expect the goods to be sent back (e.g., repolished, claim time, etc.).

  3. Set the price the products should be credited at.

  4. Click 'Save' when return is ready to be pushed to Systemtransport

Send return to Systemtransport

  • Click 'Send to Systemtransport (for B2B returns only) - This sends a message to Systemtransport so they know to expect the goods.

Goods receipt and credit note creation

  • Once Systemtransport receives the goods, they confirm the receipt in TRAEDE.

  • This automatically creates a credit note in the system.

  • Review the credit note, adjust prices if necessary, and send it to the customer.

Stock and cost adjustments

  • The return process updates your stock levels and adjusts product costs automatically.

  • This ensures that stock is only added back to TRAEDE when the goods are physically received and approved.
