Installation

  • Server: insert the server you have received from your customs partner. 
    • Important: You will only receive the url from the partner like this "demo-lts.lector.dk", but it has to be entered into TRAEDE like this https://demo-lts.lector.dk:8880
  • Username: Enter the username you have received
  • Password: Enter the password you have received. If you have not received a password try to use Reset Password on the Lector site
  • Products mode
    • When doing bonded warehouse you can make it at the "variant-level" or "product-level". This is really important, so do not choose if you are not 100%. Talk to your customs provider about this

Settings

Most of the settings you need to receive from your customs provider. Lector (LTS) will create a onboarding scheme for you in Excel which will contain all the information needed on this page. 

But there a few settings you need to consider which is described here below

  • Mark POs as received using post import update: Recommendation is to turn on. Production orders should be sent to LTS before they reach the borders of the destination country. If this setting is turned on then TRAEDE will update the Production Order in LTS once it has been received at the warehouse with the correct quantities
  • Sync inventory every night: Recommendation is to turn on. This will synchronize your entire inventory from TRAEDE to LTS every night
  • Inventory location(s): Make sure to enter all the inventory locations that should be included in LTS. Only production orders, shipments and returns matching these locations will actually sync to LTS.
  • Send documents: Turn this on when you want shipments, production orders and returns to synchronize
