Introduction

This guide explains how to create and apply webshop product labels in TRAEDE. Webshop labels are useful for visually highlighting products in your webshop — for example, to mark items with labels like Black Friday, Recycled, or New arrival. Labels appear in the top left corner of product images in both the product view and the product overview.

This guide is useful for anyone managing product visibility and marketing in the TRAEDE webshop.

Step 1: Go to settings

1. From the TRAEDE home screen, go to Settings.

2. Scroll down and click on Webshop product labels.

Step 2: Create a new label

1. Click New in the top-right corner.

2. Give the label a name, e.g. Black Friday.

3. Select a color for the label. For example, choose red for attention-grabbing campaigns.

4. Click Save.

Step 3: Apply the label to a single product

1. Navigate to the product you want to label.

2. Go to the Master data tab.

3. Scroll down to the Webshop product label field.

4. Select the label you just created (e.g. Black Friday).

5. Click Save.

Step 4: See the result in the webshop

Once the product has been labeled:

• The label will be shown in the product view.

• It will also appear on the webshop product overview in the top-left corner of the product image.

Step 5: Bulk update product labels

To add a label to multiple products at once:

1. Go to Products and select the products you want to label.

2. Click Actions in the top-right corner and choose Bulk update data.

3. Choose the Webshop product label field.

4. Select the label (e.g. Black Friday) you want to apply.

5. Click Update.

Now, all selected products will have the label applied.
