Introduction

This guide explains how to update your existing terms and conditions in TRAEDE. Editing the page content is not enough—you must also regenerate the PDF file so the updated version is sent to customers.

This is important for webshop administrators and anyone managing legal content in TRAEDE.

Step 1: Edit the content

1. From the TRAEDE home screen, go to Settings → Webshop pages.

2. Locate the existing page titled Terms and conditions.

3. Click on it and make the necessary changes to the text.

4. Click Save pages.

Step 2: Regenerate the PDF

1. Return to the Terms and conditions section in Webshop pages.

2. Scroll down and click Regenerate PDF.

   • ⚠️ This step is required. Changes made to the page will not appear in the PDF unless you regenerate it manually.

3. Wait a moment, then click Download PDF to verify your changes were applied.

Once the PDF reflects your changes, your updated terms and conditions will be live and correctly sent to customers.
