  • Updated

Please note that you can only make changes to Shopify orders, not WooCommerce orders.

First you need to ensure that the "Update edited orders (BETA)" option is marked in your Traede settings for Shopify. - This you can figure out by going to "App store" -> "Shopify" -> Enable "update edited orders (BETA)"

To make changes to a Shopify order in Traede, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Sales section and select "B2C Orders."

  2. Find the specific order you want to edit and open it.

  3. Delete the open shipment associated with the order. Remember to inform your warehouse about this deletion.

  4. Access the order in Shopify and click on "Edit"

  5. Make the necessary changes to the order.

  6. Click on "Update Order" to save the changes. This will update the order in both Shopify and Traede. You can track all the changes made in the Timeline at the top of the order.

  7. Now you need to create a manual shipment - That you can do by following this guide: Create shipment

By following these steps, you can successfully make changes to your Shopify orders in Traede, track the changes in the Timeline, and manage shipments accordingly.
