In certain instances, you may find it necessary to remove B2B buyers from the customer card in Traede. This action is taken to prevent the customer from accessing your platform and to stop emails from being sent to the B2B buyer.
Currently, it is not possible to delete buyers on your own.
To delete B2B buyers, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the customer list (Customers -> Customer list).
- Locate the customer from whom you wish to remove a buyer.
- Gather the customer’s name, customer number, and the email address of the B2B buyer you want to delete.
- Send this information to support@traede.com, and we will make an effort to remove the buyer within one hour. Once the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation.
