Add buyers to customers

Introduction

If you want to give a buyer access to a specific B2B customer account in TRAEDE, you can easily do so by adding them as a user under that customer. This guide walks you through the steps.

 

 

Steps to add a B2B buyer

  1. Go to the Customers tab in TRAEDE.

  2. Find and click on the customer you want to add the buyer to.

  3. Scroll down to the B2B buyers section on the customer details page.

  4. Click Add new user.

  5. Enter the buyer’s first name, last name, and email address.

  6. Choose whether to send the invitation immediately:

    • ✅ Leave the checkbox checked to send the invite right away.

    • ❌ Uncheck the box if you want to invite the buyer later.

  7. Click Add buyer.
