Add B2B buyer to customers

Introduction

B2B buyers are users linked to a customer in TRAEDE who can log in to your B2B webshop to place orders, view invoices, and access their account information. This guide shows you how to manually add a B2B buyer to an existing customer profile.

 

 

Step 1: Navigate to the customer profile

  1. Go to Customers in the left menu.

  2. Find and click on the customer you want to add the buyer to.


Step 2: Add a new B2B buyer

  1. Scroll down to the B2B buyers section.

  2. Click Add new user.

 


Step 3: Fill in buyer details

  1. Enter the first name, email, and any other required fields.

  2. You have two options:

    • Invite immediately (default) – the buyer will receive an email to log in.

    • Do not invite yet – uncheck the “Invite immediately” box if you want to send the invite later.

  3. Click Add buyer.

 

✅ The buyer will now appear under the B2B buyers section on the customer profile.
