Introduction
Once you've configured One Stop Shop (OSS) VAT, it's important to ensure that customers are marked as ready for OSS VAT invoicing in TRAEDE. This quick guide shows you how to confirm that the OSS VAT setup is activated for your customers.
Confirm OSS VAT is activated for a customer
Go to the App Store in TRAEDE.
Select the e-conomic integration.
Scroll down to the section titled Confirm ready for One Stop Shop VAT.
Make sure the checkbox is ticked.
Click Save.
Once this setting is enabled, TRAEDE will handle the customer's orders according to the OSS VAT rules you've configured.
